On December 8, 2007, the closed syllable of â€?1st Studentsâ€?Festival of Culture and Artâ€?was put on at the auditorium of HIT. Some model schools were awarded for their advanced activities.

 

    This year the activities have covered twice as many students as last year—â€more than 50 thousand students have participated in it，and 160 activities of all kinds were hold successfully.

 

    “Although we have made much progress this year, there are few students who do not participate in the Studentsâ€?Festival. And our goal is to make all the students participate in our Studentsâ€?Festival of Culture and Art.â€?Vice president of Communist Youth League Wei Hongmei said.
