On April 19, Vice Principal REN Nanqi met with the visiting Australian Consul General in Shenyang, Mr. CHEN Yibai and his party at the Executive Building.

REN Nanqi introduced the cooperation between HIT and Australian universities and hoped that CHEN Yibai would support HIT to carry out exchanges and cooperation with Australian counterpart in the future. The two sides also exchanged views on student exchanges and topics of common concern.

Relevant personnel from the Foreign Languages Institute and the Ministry of International Cooperation attended the meeting. During his stay at the university, CHEN Yibai and his party also visited the Australian Research Center of HIT.
