1. School Overview
Harbin Institute of Technology Business School currently has a first-level discipline in Business Administration and a postdoctoral research station, focusing on strategy and innovation, organizational behavior and marketing, finance and accounting, and future industries. The school is responsible for managing the MBA (including EMBA), MPAcc, MEM, and other professional degree programs, along with operations for degree programs in business administration, economics, and management, as well as senior training programs. The school has obtained AACSB, AMBA, and CAMEA accreditations.
2. Teaching and Research Positions
(1) Leading Scholars
· Application Requirements: Global leaders in cutting-edge technology who conduct original research and key technology studies, have made high-level academic achievements, and contributed significantly to the field.
· Position: Appointed as Chair Professor (permanent) or Tenured Position; PhD supervisor qualifications granted.
· Salary and Benefits: Competitive global salary based on the appointed position.
· Relocation Allowance/Housing: One newly renovated house (up to 238m²) or an equivalent relocation allowance.
· Research Funding:
1. Chair Professor (Permanent)/Tenured Position (1st position): Negotiable.
2. Tenured Position (2nd position): 2 million to 6 million RMB.
3. Tenured Position (3rd position): 1 million to 4 million RMB.
(2)Shenzhou Scholars
· Application Requirements: Talents recognized by peers both domestically and internationally. Applicants for Shenzhou Scholars should generally be under 38 years old, and for Shenzhou Young Scholars, generally under 32 years old (age limits may be adjusted for exceptional candidates).
· Position: Appointed as Shenzhou Scholars (Senior) or Shenzhou Young Scholars (Associate Senior or above); PhD supervisor qualifications granted.
· Salary and Benefits: Shenzhou Scholars receive a salary of 1.1 million RMB/year; Shenzhou Young Scholars receive 700,000 RMB/year; additional performance income is uncapped. Exceptional candidates’ salary and benefits will be negotiated individually.
· Research Funding: Shenzhou Scholars 1 million to 3 million RMB; Shenzhou Young Scholars 0.5 million to 1.5 million RMB.
· Support: Assistance with housing, children's education, and spouse employment.
(3)Outstanding Young Scientist Fund Program
· Eligibility Criteria: Outstanding overseas young scholars (including non-Chinese foreign talents) under the age of 40 who have achieved significant accomplishments in economics, management, statistics, or related fields of natural sciences and engineering technology with research contributions to business administration disciplines.
· Appointment Position: Tenured professorship (permanent faculty position). Doctoral supervisor qualification with guaranteed doctoral student recruitment quotas.
· Salary and Benefits: Internationally competitive and nationally leading salary package. Additional performance-based income with no upper limit.
· Relocation Allowance/Housing: Generous relocation allowance or a fully furnished high-quality apartment (equivalent value).
· Research Funding: Ample research start-up funds to support high-level academic research.
· Working Conditions:
1. Well-equipped office and laboratory facilities.
2. Institutional support for building independent research teams.
· Life Services:
1. Recognized as a Category B Talent in Heilongjiang Province, entitled to priority healthcare, transportation benefits, and other privileges.

· Career Development Support:
1. Dedicated domestic career mentor assigned by the university and school to facilitate professional growth.

· Special Notes: Candidates who reach the final review stage but are not selected for the fund may be offered a tenured professorship under the "Shenzhou Scholar" title, subject to evaluation.
3. Full-Time Research Positions
· Application Requirements: Applicants should have a PhD degree, strong political and ideological qualities, research capabilities, and teamwork spirit. Preference is given to those with international research achievements, experience in major national research projects (such as National Natural Science Foundation, National Social Science Foundation), or key projects recognized by provincial or higher-level government.
· Position: Based on previous projects and publication records, candidates will be appointed as Researcher, Associate Researcher, or Assistant Researcher.
· Salary: 0.5 million to 1 million RMB/year for Researchers, 350,000–500,000 RMB/year for Associate Researchers, and 300,000 RMB/year for Assistant Researchers, with negotiable terms for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
· Research Funding: Negotiable.
· Support: Assistance with housing, children's education, and spouse employment.
4. Postdoctoral Positions
· Application Requirements: Excellent young talents who have obtained a PhD degree. Applicants for Associate Researcher positions should generally be under 32 years old; Assistant Researcher applicants should be under 35 years old. PhD candidates may apply for the "Spring Talent Plan" and be considered for future faculty positions after graduation.
· Position: Associate Researcher (Associate Senior) or Assistant Researcher (Intermediate).
· Salary: Associate Researcher salary may reach up to 500,000 RMB/year; Assistant Researcher salary may reach up to 300,000 RMB/year.
· Research Funding: 100,000 RMB for Associate Researchers.
· Development: Both Associate Researchers and Assistant Researchers can apply for faculty positions during their tenure.

· After the units’ review, the university will organize an evaluation and appointment. Candidates should complete the employment process within six months of approval. If they fail the physical examination or other checks, their appointment will be canceled.
· Disqualification: Applicants will be disqualified if they:
1. Fail to provide valid graduation or degree certificates (for international degrees, they must provide the degree certification from the Ministry of Education).
2. Do not meet the basic application requirements or provide false information.
3. Have a criminal record, have been disciplined, cannot work full-time, or cannot transfer their personnel files.
