Every moment at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) deserves to be seen.
The HIT Media Center has launched a special column called Seeing HIT to showcase moments at HIT through the eyes of its faculty members, students, and alumni.
Let's follow Li Wenyu, a member of the HIT Media Center's Student Journalist Group and a PhD student in the department of life science and medicine, class of 2024, and see HIT through his eyes.
Li entered HIT from Jiangsu in 2020. As a student in the field of life science, observing and recording have become part of his daily routine, and the camera in his hand serves as his second pair of eyes, allowing him to rediscover this century-old campus from a unique perspective.
He got up before dawn to capture the sunrise, picked up his camera to take photos on cloudy days, and waited for the forecasted magnificent sunset glow of the century. Many rare moments have been captured through his lens.
During his five years at HIT, Li has continuously documented the campus through his camera. The countless wonderful landscapes of HIT have fueled his passion for photography.
