The 5th Innovation Forum on High-Quality Talent Cultivation of Intelligent Technology and Digital Creativity in the "Intelligent+" Era, and the 13th National College Student Digital Media Technology Works and Creativity Competition's national final, were held in Harbin on Oct 25-26.
The events were organized by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) and the Organizing Committee of the National College Student Digital Media Technology Works and Creativity Competition and co-hosted by the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) and 45 other universities across China. Over 4,800 experts, scholars, and student representatives from universities and research institutions across China and abroad participated in the event.

The innovation forum consisted of several specialized forums, with reports presented by numerous renowned professors and experts.

The national final of the competition took place in a sub-venue of the innovation forum, attracting over 500,000 participants from around the world, with a total of 170,000 works covering various fields such as intelligent media design. The competition also featured an international track, receiving over 2,300 works from more than 50 overseas universities across six continents.
