The opening ceremony of the HIT-Cambridge-Oxford Cup Ice Dragon Boat International Friendship Race and China-UK Youth Cultural Exchange Week was held on Jan 8. The event is hosted by the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), in cooperation with the C9 League, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and the University of Macau.

The "HIT-Cambridge-Oxford Cup" Ice Dragon Boat International Friendship Race and China-UK Youth Cultural Exchange Week will run from Jan 8 to 13 and will also include activities such as the China-UK Youth Roundtable Forum.
