A delegation of envoys from eight European countries – Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Denmark, and Switzerland – recently visited the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), where they met with HIT Vice-President Liu Ting.
Liu explained that in recent years, HIT has achieved fruitful results in joint talent training, sino-foreign cooperative education, and cultural exchanges with many European universities and institutions.
He expressed hope that this visit would serve as an opportunity to further promote pragmatic cooperation between HIT and European universities and institutions in areas such as faculty and student exchanges and talent cultivation.

The delegation acknowledged HIT's achievements in talent cultivation and international exchange and cooperation. They expressed their desire to work with HIT to carry out exemplary cooperative projects and help promote cooperation between Europe and China.
