Lin said the purpose of the visit is to gain a firsthand understanding of the important role and outstanding contributions of Chinese women in the aerospace field, and to showcase achievements in advancing women's causes in China as part of Chinese modernization.
Zhao said he hoped this visit would serve as an opportunity to continue leveraging the university's distinctive strengths in aerospace, deepen exchanges and cooperation with universities and research institutions from various countries in fields such as aerospace science and technology, and enhance the diplomatic missions' understanding of and friendship with China.
At the HIT Space Museum, Lin and the female diplomats learned in detail about HIT's achievements in the aerospace field and took part in activities such as the MR experience of a "Long March 5" carrier rocket launch.
