The 2011 China International Educational Annul Meeting was held during Oct.14th and Oct. 16th in Beijing. Assistant President XU Xiaofei was invited to present.
The China International Educational Annual Meeting was launched on Oct. 2000 and has been held for eleven times. It has developed into one of the most influential international education exchange platform in China. The year 2011 marked the 30th anniversary of the establishment of China International Education Meeting. As an important part of the serious of celebrating activities for the 30th anniversary, the “2011China International Education Annual Meeting” launched by China International Exchange Association took “open to the world, education innovation” as the theme. The annual meeting was made up of the “2011 China International Education Annual Meeting forum” and “2011 China International Education Display”. Around the theme, “the 2011China International Education Forum” well designed 12 activities according to the rule and characteristics of education of various levels.
HIT delegation was invited to present at “Dialogue between China Universities and American Universities” and “”China Canadian Higher Education International Symposium”. The topics of this meeting include the following aspects: long-term and practical meaning for China to cooperate with south America universities, the hinders in higher education exchange between China and South America, the cooperative situation between China and Canada’s universities, the policies for cooperation between universities of China and Canada as well as the need for Canada’s cooperation with China. Mr. XU delivered a speech at the meeting.
Over 50 universities and institutions from China and South America participated in the meeting.
