On Oct.14th, 2011, the colloquium about Russians studying in China was held in the conference room 213 of Administration Building.
The colloquium was attended by the Director of Eurasia Office of Department of International Cooperation and Exchange in Ministry of Education LI Hai, the Deputy Director of China division of Department of International Cooperation and Exchange in Ministry of Education TIAN Lulu, the Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Department of Heilongjiang Education Office ZHANG Dazhu, as well as staff in charge of students studying abroad from eight universities including HIT, Harbin Engineering University, etc.
TIAN Lulu gave an introduction on the cooperation between China and Russia, and sought advices on the establishment of “Special Scholarship for China and Russia Cultural Exchange”. The cooperation with Russia of all the universities was introduced, and constructive suggestions were given on how to establish the specialized scholarship. Every person presented at the conference agenda agreed that the scholarship will attract more outstanding Russian students to study in China.
