December 13, 2011, HIT Vice President REN Nanqi extended a warm welcome to his counterpart Fomina Marina N. of Transbaikal State Pedagogical University, Russia.
REN Nanqi reviewed with Fomina HIT’s long history, current situation and numerous cooperation programs with universities of Russia, hoping that in the near future, HIT could enjoy a long partnership with Transbaikal State Pedagogical University. In return, Fomina, gave an introduction of Transbaikal State Pedagogical University, and hoped that the two universities could make specific cooperative plans and visiting time schedule after signing the Memorandum of Understanding.
