On Dec. 15th, Vice President REN Nanqi met with President of Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University, Mr. Sergienko and the Director of International Office Kukharenko.
REN first extended his warm welcome to President Sergienko. He made an introduction of the basic conditions of HIT and the history of cooperation between HIT and Russian universities and institutes of scientific research in education and scientific research. He hoped that both universities could make full use of the geographical advantages and actively promote exchange and cooperation.
