April 19th, Assistant President LIANG Yingchun welcomed the Global Campus Relations Manager of John Deere, Thomas Bendtner, to HIT. John Deere representatives visited China to strengthen cooperation with well-known universities in China.
Assistant President LIANG met with the visitors and described HIT’s development, disciplinary design and faculty. He highlighted cooperation between the university and industry, as well as graduates’ common fields of employment. Faculty from the School of Astronautics, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and School of Economy and Management introduced their scientific research and talent training. Both sides discussed and reached a broad consensus on how to cooperate in related fields. After the forum, the John Deere representatives visited the HIT Museum.
