HIT Held Farewell Party for the Exchange Students Graduated in 2012

On the afternoon of July 6th, the International Students Center (ISC) sponsored a great farewell party for international students graduated in 2012. More than 20 university officials and advisors from various departments of HIT, as well as more than 100 international students took part in the farewell party. The Assistant to President XU Dianguo also attended this event.

XU expressed congratulations to graduated international students for their graduation on behalf of HIT,  and he showed his expectation for their future. He wished that all the exchange students could achieve success in their related fields and make contributions in inheriting and improving the friendship between the nations. After the speech, XU presented awards to the excellent graduates.

Professor LIU Ting, doctoral advisor from School of Computer Science and Technology, conveyed his blessing and guidance to graduates. Graduate representatives from the School of Electronics and Information Engineering and School of Science, delivered a public speech respectively. They looked back into their school life in HIT and showed their sincere appreciation for the hardworking faculty.

In the end of the farewell party, the Deputy Director of  ISC, LI Xiaohong set the last assignment to the international graduates, " When you make any achievements, please let us know, we will be proud of you; when you face with any difficulty, please let us know, we will be your eternal strong backing."

During the farewell party, international students, school art troupe as well as students from the Honors School presented splendid performances.
