Friendship and Cooperation Agreements Signed with University of Suwon

November 22nd, President of HIT WANG Shuguo and Vice President REN Nanqi met with LI Renzhu, President of the University of Suwon, South Korea. President WANG and President LI signed interscholastic friendship and cooperation agreements on behalf of the two universities. Secretary of Party Committee of Weihai Campus JIANG Bo and Director of the International Office  FAN Hongbo attended the meeting.
 
President WANG welcomed the guests and introduced the history and development of HIT. He expressed a desire to enhance mutual understanding, establish a long-term friendship and cooperation and promote common development. President LI briefly introduced University of Suwon. He said he was honored to visit HIT and he hoped that the two universities would strengthen cooperation in a wide range of areas in the future and maintain friendly relations. 
 
The University of Suwon was established in 1982 and is located in Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The university has ten colleges, nine faculties, forty-six disciplines, 9 graduate schools and a Chinese language school. It has set up a variety of special research institutions including joint production and research center and advanced science and technology research institute.
