There have been 1845 visiting groups and 2711 times of interpretation with different languages. The HIT museum has trained each student strictly in their dress, etiquette and style. At the same time, it has established a scientific management system and an effective evaluation mechanism when new interpreters are employed. Applicants spend 3 weeks reciting articles and will only be hired after passing the preliminary test, retest and three rounds of interviews. They will have improved their team cooperation ability and communication skills through this process. Students guides win praise from visitors for their attitude to work and communication skills. The students consider this work as a precious opportunity and working in museum has been their second class.
