On June 4, the HIT Education Development Foundation held a commemorative medal presentation ceremony to thank Harbin Bo Hua Technology Co., Ltd. who donated 229,800 yuan to the foundation for the construction of a student’s innovation laboratory for the School of Mechatronic Engineering. Vice President of the Foundation, Vice-President of the Alumni Association CUI Guolan, on behalf of HIT, signed a donation agreement with General Manager GUAN Wei, Bo Hua Technology Co., Ltd. Foundation director and school office director HOU Yujie issued the decision.
Guan Wei said that business development and growth must absorb the support of colleges in talent, research and other aspects. It is entrepreneurs’ responsibility and obligation to make a contribution to the development of the school. He hopes to help schools in the form of donations to improve college students' innovative practice conditions and the development of their education. As an alumni, he also expressed gratitude to his alma mater for the training he received, and he wished his alma mater would continue to improve and soon develop into a world-class university.

He said the foundation will use the donation well in accordance with the specified requirements and fields to make the students at HIT feel loved and supported.
