On July 6th, Assistant President XU Dianguo met with a delegation from Kyungpook National University. Related staffof the HIT International Office and the HIT School of Chemical Industry attended the meeting.
 
Assistant President XU introduced HIT and expressed the wish that both universitiesmightmaintain communication and cooperation to realize common development. The Kyungpook National UniversityCenter for Embedded Software Technology Head, ZHAO Canshi, said that most of the delegation members were research scholars in the field of chemical industry. They hopedto learn by communicating with related teachers and students of HIT.
 
Kyungpook National University is a comprehensive national university based on engineering. It ranks third among national universities of South Korea in overall strength. HIT and the Kyungpook National University signed a treaty of friendship and cooperation in November 1992.According to the agreement,the two schools visit each other once everytwo years.
