C9 summer school graduation held atHIT

     From July 7 to 15, 80 students from C9 universitiesgathered atHIT and enjoyed summer school life. On July 15, the graduation ceremony of C9 university summer school was held in room 113 ofthe Administration Building. President ZHOU Yu attended the graduation ceremony and encouraged students to live their glorious mission and become pillars of the nation. 

 President ZHOU said in his speech that the students who attended summer school brought with them cultural features of theirown schools, and injected new thoughts and new vitalityinto HIT. Through nearly 10 days of studying, these students have a preliminary understanding of HIT, andZHOU expressed hopes of continuing and strengthening thiscooperation in the future.He explained that this event combines the experience of "excellent engineers" and"project leader talents" and achieves good results. HIT also will explore more eventsinvolvingsummer school teaching practice and feedback forpersonnel training. President ZHOU pointed out that young people are energetic, and they have the courage to shoulder their historical mission. It is an opportunity and a challenge. Heexpressed hopes that these young people willhave apassion for their country, and the world,and become pillars of the state.
    Associate Dean of Undergraduate, Academic Affairs Director SHEN Yi presided over the graduation ceremony. Assistant Dean of the School of AstronauticsQU Fayi recalled the summer school learning experience. The event focused onlectures, visiting the main Departments andCenters, taking into account the quality of Outward Bound. Academician CAI Hegaogave lectures to uncover the mystery of the robot world. He told the story of HIT, small satellite research, composite materials research, leadership and presented a series of lectures. 


         "C9 Summer School made us come together, so that we know each other, and helpedus also understand HIT and understand aerospace and robotics." LI Runze from Tsinghua University said. He called for students who attendedsummer school to use this opportunity, to work hard and devote their lives to the rise of China. "Summer School courses truly combine theory and practice, allowingeveryone to learn a lot." ZHU Jiao from Nanjing Universitysaid, "What impressed me most was the HIT motto ‘Being strict in qualifications for graduates, making every endeavor in educating students’
