MENG Qingxin wins first prize in national physics teaching competition

The first National College Physics Foundation Course Teaching Competition of Young Teachers ended recently. HIT teacher MENG Qingxin, of the Department of Physics, won first place.
The competition was jointly organized by the University Physics Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, the Specialized Physics Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, and the Teaching Committee of the Chinese Physics Society. After competitions at various colleges, preliminaries in provinces and municipalities, and the semi-finals in major areas, 12 teachers stood out from the north, northeast, northwest, east, central and southwest of the nation. During the final competition, MENG Qingxin’s lecture not only won the praise of judges, but was also praised by more than 100 physics teachers from numerous universities who watched the competition.
