On September 5th, Vice President REN Nanqi met with the Vice Consul of News and Culture of the U.S. Consulate in Shenyang, Alice Easter,at theHIT museum.
REN gavean introduction of HIT’s history and cooperation withAmerican universities, and expressed hopes of gaining support and assistance in all aspects fromthe consulate for students studying abroad. Easter spoke highly of HIT, for the university’sdevelopment and cooperation with American universities, and hopes to assist HIT with communication between American universities.
The Director of the Office of International Cooperation also attended the meeting.
