The main purpose of the visit was to expand HIT’s relationship with British partners. The British universities expressed their support of collaboration with HIT, and expressed hope to further strengthen substantive exchanges. They plan to visit HIT next semester to learn more about HIT’s teaching and research strengths. University College Dublin has visited HIT several times since the establishment of a cooperative relationship with HIT in 2009. The visit enhanced the friendly relations between the two universities and laid a good foundation for the latter joint training program of students.
