On November 12th, Insa de Lyon President, Éric Maurincomme, and his delegation, Consul General of the French Consulate in Shenyang, Isabelle Miscot, and Director of theCentre National de la Recherche Scientifique, Beijing Office, Antoine Mynard, visited HIT. President ZHOU Yu, on behalf of HIT, met the French delegation and signed agreements. Assistant President XU Xiaofei and related personnel of the Graduate School, the Science and Industrial Technology School, the International Office, the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, and the School of Life Science and Technology attended the related activities.
President ZHOU exchanged views with the French delegation, and signed a Joint Laboratory Cooperation Agreement with President Maurincomme and the DirectorMynard, as well as a Joint Training Project Cooperation Agreement with PresidentMaurincomme. Before the agreements were signed, Vice President REN Qinan held a discussion with the French delegation. They exchanged views on the exchanges andcooperation among students and professors and campus construction.
The visit to HIT is part of activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France.
