On December 9th, Vice President XU Dianguo met with a delegation led by Mr. Ford, the Vice Secretary-General of Austrian Aviation Industry Association.
XU gave the delegation a warm welcome. At the meeting, XU said that HIT hopes to have a broader cooperation in scientific research with their association, and he hopes that with the help of their association, HIT can build connections with more astronautic enterprises, which could improve scientific cooperation with enterprises. Ford introduced the scientific research cooperation of their association in detail, and expressed great confidence in further cooperation with HIT.

Before the meeting, the delegation visited the HIT museum and had a symposium with professors from the Composite Material Research Laboratory.
