HIT students win Grand Prize

From November 29th to December 1st, the 7thNational Network Business Innovation Application Contest finals were held at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. The project,Improvement Program about Postal Savings Mobile Banking Android Clients, made by School of Economy and Management students WANG Chuxu, ZHANG Tianyi, and School of Software students JIANG Wenhao, LIU Li and KONG Lingxu, won the grand prize. Students conceived Imo cloud office, made by School of Economy and Management students LIU Xiaochen, LIU Bo, LIU Haijia, and School of Software student SHI Wenlong, won second prize. School of Economy and Management teachers XU Jianhui and LIU Luning won the Outstanding Instructor Award. HIT also won the Innovative Instructor Award. 
 
 
The National Network Business Innovation Application Contest is held by the Internet Society of China, and instructed and supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. The contest began in March 2014. It attracted more than 5000 teams fromover 3000 universities and colleges from 31 provinces. At last, 199 teams including HIT, Tsinghua University and Peking University entered the finals. Two teams fromHIT proposed programs on their Internet Application platform, and won the praise of judges. This was HIT’s best performance to date in the National Network Business Innovation Application Contest.
