On July 3rd 2015, Vice President of HIT, Ren Nanqi met the Vice Chancellor of Dublin Institute of Technology Paul O’Sullivan in Room 121 of the administration building.

Representatives from the International Cooperation Department and School of Economics and Management also attended the meeting.

Vice President Ren first looked back into the history of the communication and exchange between the two schools, and spoke highly of the outcome of the cooperation. He said that he hoped that in future the two universities could carry out more substantive exchanges in more subject areas, in particular, to strengthen exchanges among teachers. He also wanted to continue the student exchange programs, to promote international cooperation.

Paul O'Sullivan expressed his willingness to continue the cooperation between the two universities, and introduced the results of cooperative research in recent years and the contribution to the Irish and European economy.
