China’s Market Status on 15th Year of WTO Access(The 9th “WTO Laws and China” Forum and the 2016 Annual Symposium of China Law Society-WTO Law Seminar) was held in the auditorium of the museum in HIT on June 25th.The vice-president of HIT Ren Nanqi attended the opening ceremony.
Zhang Wenxian-the vice chairman of China Law Society and chairman of the Academic Committee ,Sun Wanzhong- the honorary chairman of China Law Society-WTO Law Seminar and the former director of Legislative Affairs Bureau of the State Council,Lin Zhongliang-the chairman of China Law Society-WTO Law Seminar and the former secretary-general of China Law Society and Shi Jingxia-the vice chairman and the secretary-general of China Law Society-WTO Law Seminar and Dean of University of International Business and Economics Law School were seated in the rostrum. Over 200 specialists and scholars from the national related organizations and universities participated in the forum.
Ren Nanqi pointed out that the law is an important field in philosophy and social science and the School of Law in HIT integrates the advantaged resources actively and promote the interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary integration which has formed its own notable characteristics in the International Space Law, National Security Act and National Major Strategic Decision-making Consultation in his speech. What’s more, the School of Law of HIT also established the secondary master degree program of the International Law and the key master degree of Law successively and has made gratifying progress in talent cultivation, scientific research, mechanism deepening , etc. The success of the forum of “WTO Law and China” and the 2016 Annual Symposium of China Law Society-World Trade Organization Law Seminar will promote the academic exchange of the related fields of WTO Law.
Ren Nanqi issued the certificates for the guest professors - the former judge of European Court of Justice and Prof. Ninon Colneric from University of Bremen in Germany. The School of Law of HIT was chosen as the President Unit of China Law Society-World Trade Organization Law Seminar“One Belt and One Road”and law of economic security professional committee and the Dean of the School of Law of HIT Zhao Hongrui was chosen as the chairman of the committee. Meanwhile, Zhao Hongrui was elected as the vice chairman of the WTO Law Seminar in China.
