From August 27 to 30, the national “quality construction seminar on international students studying in china” was held in HIT. Before the seminar, the vice-president Xu Dianguo met with the leading officials and experts.
Many experts attended the seminar including leading officials from China Education Association for International Exchange and experts from colleges and universities. The officials are the secretary general Sheng Jianxue, deputy secretary general Zhouyan and deputy director of the academic department Zu Yuanyuan. In the seminar, experts discussed the topic “site inspection and centralized review on studying in China quality certification” in-depth and expressed their ideas and shared their experience.
To promote the education’s healthy and ordered development and build a perfect quality assurance system, the international division of Ministry of Education authorizes China Education Association for International Exchange to carry out the work on studying abroad quality certification. HIT will be listed in the first 28 pilot universities to receive certification.
