In the afternoon on October 14, the inaugural ceremony of Lilac Garden Young Teachers’ Teaching Development Association was held in the Administration Building.
At the meeting, the principal assistant Peng Yuankui extended the support and encouragement to the young teachers who voluntarily carry out teaching research, cooperation and exchange under the guidance of the undergraduate college. He hoped that the teachers to be able to update their ideas and enhance awareness. What’s more they should hold the ideas that personnel training are the primary responsibility of teachers, and educating is the mission of teachers. Younger teachers could be proficient in education reform and teaching methods in accordance with the characteristics of personnel training: “solidifying foundation, strengthening practice, requiring process, and perusing innovation”, and constantly improve the level of education.
After the ceremony, the members of the association participated in the meeting spoke freely for the first time. Professor Xu Chongquan, the honorary president of the association, famous teacher of Heilongjiang Province talked about his teaching experience and comprehension.
It is reported that the aim of Lilac Garden Young Teachers’ Teaching Development Association is to support and encourage young teachers to carry out in-depth academic research and teaching, to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in teaching, and improve teaching and training arts, so that better train with a large size of innovative talents embodied HIT’s characteristics.
