There are 10 college students enterprises and 6 enterprises in Harbin in the Matchmaking. This Matchmaking is organized by the Harbin Institute of Technology Students Innovation Park, aims to provide a platform for the micro and small startups in Heilongjiang and the innovation and entrepreneurship park in HIT. On the platform, they can recruit entrepreneurial talent and make arrangements with their cooperation partners. So that more outstanding students will stay in, and contribute to, Helongjiang Province.

This Matchmaking is only one part of the Heilongjiang Parallel Sessions of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation 2016 held in HIT. In this week, there have been a series of activities, such as Financial Enterprises Matchmaking, the Selection of HIT Excellent Projects, Tianyi Training Camp. These activities provide platform for university students who aspire to innovation and entrepreneurship to show themselves and seek breakthroughs. What’s more, it also promote the innovation and entrepreneurship in Heilongjiang Province.

From 12 to 13 October, the Financial Enterprises Matchmaking of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship is held in HIT. It is held by the Education Department and the Science and Technology Department of Heilongjiang Province, aiming to meet the financing demands of college students in the province during the process of innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as to build the platform of university-enterprise cooperation and investment and financing matchmaking. Vice Governor Sun Dongsheng and President Zhou Yu attend and address the event. Four university student entrepreneurs including Wan Long (the representative of HIT student entrepreneurs), and two representatives of investment institutions, including Jing Xingyu (the HIT alumni and Ding Xianghui Venture Capital Partners) delivered speeches.

Mr. Sun Dongsheng puts forward his expectations and requirements to promote technology, and capital integration in his speech. He points out that there are a large number of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship projects with investment value in Helongjiang Province, which expects more investment institutions will pay attention to and participate in. He also says that college innovation entrepreneurs need to master the necessary capacity of practical operation, investment and financing. They are supposed to actively cooperate with outstanding investment institutions, so as to strive to achieve their own value. Beside, he makes it clear that provincial and municipal government departments should further consolidate and expand the matchmaking of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship and investment institutions, so as to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship .

In his speech, Zhou Yu introduced the progress of HIT’s innovation and entrepreneurship work and the construction of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park with the strong support of the provincial government. He pointed out that Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park and pioneering enterprises develop rapidly with a series of policies and broad platforms provided by provincial government and departments. The Financial Enterprises Matchmaking held by Science and Technology Department and the Education Department of Heilingjiang Province further improves the provincial capital chain systems, promotes the circulation of capital, strengthens the interrelation of students entrepreneurship projects and the capital market. It also brings innovative thinking and market logic to the students on the scene, which is helpful for college students to start up their businesses. It is hoped that that more and more friends with market-oriented visions from the industrial and investment community come to Heilongjiang and visit HIT, pay more attention to college students entrepreneurship, and jointly explore opportunities for cooperation, so as to contribute to economic restructuring and development of Helongjiang Province and to help students entrepreneurship step on a new stage.

On the meeting, seventeen enterprises pioneered by college students including Harbin Wanzhou Welding Technology Co. Ltd, reached agreements with Dingxianghui funds of venture capital investment and Yuerong fund and other multiple investment organizations, in which the total volume came to ¥0.139 billion. In the meantime, Heilongjiang province ministry of education signed Heilongjiang Province Angel investment of guidance fund mandatory administration framework agreement on colleges’ innovation and entrepreneurship with Keli high-technology industrial investment Co. Ltd, in which the size of the fund was up to ¥0.15 billion. The amount of money signed on the meeting was up to ¥0.289 billlion. The meeting also held events of recommendation of college students’ innovation programs and roadshows. Seven enterprises that were pioneered by college students participated in the exhibition, including Wanzhou Welding technology Co. Ltd and Legacy Technology.

On October 15th, the first campaign in selecting outstanding projects and the 2016 annual meeting of HIT Alumni Business Start-up Club held in HIT. The theme of the activity is “building ecosphere of HIT to assist Heilongjiangs pioneering works”. Holding these events aims to organize HIT alumni over the country back into the almamater, and build partnerships with Heilongjiang startup projects. The vice president, Ren Nanqi, the vice chairman of the alumni association, the president of Guofu Capital and Qingdao Financial Assets Exchange, Xiong Yan, along with more than 50 representatives of alumni over the country participated in the events.

 In the roadshow of selecting outstanding projects, the principals of 14 projects which are “intelligent and multi-degree of freedom friction stir welding green brazing technology and R&D and industrialization of equipments”, “Weihai Azure Blue coordinate scientific and technological innovation team”, “Ducted-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle”, “Qianchuan Network media and big data marketing platform”, etc, took turns to elaborate their entrepreneurial concepts, introduced business model and marketing strategies, presented selling points of projects, planned industrial prospects, expressed financing desire, and they had thorough discussions with mentors in investment, which won praise from investors and guests.

On October 14th to 16th, the second HIT Tianyi Training Camp cosponsored by the further education department, the school League Committee, start-up business school of HIT alumni, HIT alumni entrepreneur club opened in Harbin. Twelve entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial alumni shared their experience and comprehension in entrepreneurial process with each other.

HIT Tianyi Training Camp is a nonprofit organization which aims to provide advises of starting business and incubation service for HIT students, young teachers at school and alumni. This time, Tianyi Training Camp set up a series of splendid course, such as “How to do well in team motivation”, “tendency in Chinese development of manufacturing industries and product development in pioneering enterprises”, “share designs in newly-established enterprises”, “leadership”, ”corporate + team building”, “risk control and crisis management of enterprises”, “Mentors’ share: identifying, employing, fostering and authorizing people”, “management communication + group discussion”, etc. Campers systematically reorganized own innovation and entrepreneurship through two-days’ semi-closed study, discussions and sharing.
