On November 25 and 26, vice president of HIT, Mr.Xu Dianguo attended the International Forum of “Nurturing Talent and Building Capacity in Supporting the Belt and Road Development” and the second executive committee meeting of UASR. He also delivered a speech on “One Belt and One Road: An Exploration on Exchange and Development of European-Asian Youth” at the forum.
At the forum,200 representatives from Italy, British, Russia and other regions held discussions around topics “One Belt and One Road: Nurturing Talent and Joint Development”, “One Belt and One Road: Youth Engagement and Development”, “One Belt and One Road with Young People”. Xu Dianguo indicated that HIT would make full use of traditional advantages and geographical features, take part in the project of Talent Cultivation of One Belt and One Road, hold experts exchange, and cooperate on education and research, contributing to university cooperation along the line of One Belt and One Road.
During the session, HIT representatives attended the launching ceremony of 80th anniversary of HKPU.
