On November 25th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction did a joint inspection of two energy-saving projects from HIT. After the assessment of the expert group, the project of recycling waste water and waste heat generated by student bathhouses and the energy-saving lighting project in public buildings, public areas received inspection and acceptance. Fu Jingbo, Director of the Logistic Service Bureau under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Guo Bin, Vice President of HIT attended the acceptance and delivered speeches.
Guo Bin introduced the progress of the energy-saving projects, the technological transformation, energy-saving management, transformation results, energy-saving achievements and deficiencies. Senior Engineer Zhang Di, Chief Engineer of the China Building Standard Design and Research Institute of Energy-saving HVAC, was the leader of the assessment panel. Experts listened to the instructions of the content of the project transformation, the technical solutions, the actual transformation results, the next phase work plan and other aspects. They also checked materials, made field survey on the implementation of the projects and carried out on-site inquiries. After the evaluation, the panel reached a consensus that the bath waste heat recovery system is an advanced design concept and the LED lighting transformation project is practical. Therefore, the two projects received acceptance by experts.
The meeting also conducted an investigation on the effective work of energy-saving work in colleges and universities.
