Recently, the Community Health Service Center of Xianfeng Road, Nangang District, Harbin (hereafter referred to as a Center) lead by the 2nd Campus of HIT was awarded the honor of National Top Community Health Service Center, which given by National Health and Family Planning Commission, National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Community Health Association in the event of selecting national excellent community health service centers. This center is the only hospital in Heilongjiang Province that was awarded such an honor, which fulfilled the breakthrough in national top community health service center that no other Heilongjiang community hospitals were included.
The center is lead by the 2nd Campus of HIT, which covers an area of 4,800 square meters. There are 70 medical workers in the center. The area that under the center’s administration is about 4.75 square kilometers, and it serves about 67,000 people. The center aims to serve people, embraces the theme of comprehensively improving the level of service, and targets to construct the brand of community hospital. The center gives full play to its role in the first line of prevention, integrating prevention and treatment, and health management. The center also laid emphasis on the synergetic development of traditional Chinese and western medicine, carried out some special service, such as traditional Chinese medicine service, dental medical treatment and rehabilitation service, which formed a new type of service pattern that integrated prevention, health care, medical treatment and rehabilitation. The center has applied the “cloud” service mode in the management of chronic diseases, which realized the full coverage of chronic diseases management in the community. It provides the most convenient, beneficial and thoughtful service for residents, and strives to improve the health level of residents. The center was rated successively as the three-star, four-star and five-star community health service center in Harbin, as well as the practical training base of Harbin community health center, provincial demonstrative community health service center, hospital health alliance with first affiliated hospital of Harbin Medical University, designed hospital of national rehabilitation therapy service system, member of Heilongjiang rehabilitation medical association, outstanding community health service center in Heilongjiang Province, etc.
