From December 5 to 6, vice president Ding Xuemei and his entourage visited the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation(CASC) and the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation(CASIC) and held a forum to strengthen discussion on college-enterprise cooperation and talents exchange.
During the visit to the CASC, the deputy party secretary, deputy general manager of CASC-Yuan Jie et al. and Ding Xuemei held a discussion. Ding Xuemei pointed out that HIT and CASC share the same root and the HIT spirit is highly consistent with the Aerospace Spirit. For a long time, the two sides have established and maintained a good foundation for cooperation and have kept cooperation in extensive areas. We hope that the two sides can deepen cooperation on research-product transfer, talent cultivation, high-end talents sharing, high-level personnel transport and cooperation on other aspects. Yuan Jie introduced the development the CASC and spoke highly of HIT’s outstanding contribution to China's aerospace industry.
At the forum on talents exchange and cooperation held by CASIC, Ding Xuemei pointed out that HIT and CASIC have established deep friendship and have carried out extensive and in-depth cooperation. The two sides have vigorously promoted the implementation of“the Talent Cooperation Agreement”and have made significant achievements. HIT will continue to deepen talent cooperation, improve cooperation on talent cultivation, train more outstanding talents jointly and transport more outstanding graduates so as to make greater contributions for the development of China's space industry. The deputy party secretary, deputy general manager of the CASIC - Fang Xiangming presented his views and exchanged ideas on the two sides’ great efforts on the innovation of research-product combination of the training mechanism, the introduction of high-level personnel and other aspects of cooperation.
The two sides held an in-depth discussion on strengthening the school-enterprise communication and cooperation, establishing the long-term, comprehensive and in-depth strategic cooperative relation and continuing to deepen talents exchanges and cooperation. In the forum, the two sides also held unveiling ceremonies of “the CASIC Key Talent Base”, and “the HIT Practice and Internship Base” and appointment ceremonies of “the CASIC Talents Introduction Consultant” and “the HIT students’ career mentor”.
During the visit, the enrollment and employment department also visited the CALT, CAST, the No.9 research institute of the CASC, No.2 and No.3 research institutes of the CASIC and other key employers.
