The third function of rotational motor------based on rotating electromagnetic effect of mechanical and electrical heat converter was written by Professor Cheng Shukang, from the School of Electrical Engineering. He combined the electromagnetism, electromagnetic theory (Electrical Engineering) and the environmental science, using traditional electromagnetic engineering science to solve environmental problems of air, water, noise and vibration.
