On April 13, the exchange meeting of CASF assistance projects driven by innovation was held in Ningbo in Zhejiang Province. Li Yuanchao, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice president of China, visited exhibition in Wuhu and listened to a report from the local HIT research institute of robot industry. Li Yuanchao noted that HIT really did a good job in researching robots! Adding that members of HIT should also help the development of local economy!
HIT research institute of robot industry in Wuhu attended the grand event as the typical representative enterprise of “CAST assistance projects driven by innovation” and it launched its research products——the robot for welcoming people and indoor visual alignment sensor in the exhibition. Gao Yunfeng, the manager of the research institute, reported the development of assistance projects driven by innovation in Wuhu and mainly introduced the achievement of the institute to Li Yuanchao.
Leaders including the Vice Chairman of CPPCC, the President of China Association for Science and Technology and Wan gang, Minister of science and technology visit the exhibition along with Li Yuanchao.
