Autumn refers to tranquil and beautiful, as well as impassioned. Autumn in HIT also shares colorful emotions.
The maples named ninogan maple contribute excellent scenery to the campus. The leaves turned to soft pink. It is a most beautiful time as the temperature drops to just above freezing. Yellow, baby pink, soft pink, tangerine and dark red can even appear in the same leaf. The edge of the leaf is a glowing yellow, shading to soft pink and tangerine, until the dark red in the center, much like Monet’s impressionist paintings. People cannot help stopping and drinking in such impassioned and mellow red. The white trunks, golden leaves, dancing postures and deep feeling in the eyes of those beholding quietly guardes the peace of HIT.
The white birches are guards of this beautiful autumn and HIT. The golden leaves rustle in the wind as if playing the saxophone for autumn. The scars on the white trunks seems like eyes, silently staring at each figure passing by.
The campus and the sun set each other off beautifully. The flaming red, the crowded yellow maples and the colorful fallen leaves are all painting the autumn of HIT. The golden yellow maples have a more intoxicating hue, murmuring and meditating, as if they are singing languidly and sweeping fingers over the strings.
HIT is waiting for you with this beautiful autumn mingled with tranquility and passion.
