1. Campus card introduction

2.How to recharge campus card?

After receiving the campus card, you can search for the "HIT campus card" applet on Wechat or scan the QR code below. The identity can be bound through ID card number + query password (the last six digits of ID card as the default), or the unified identity authentication password, after which you can use the campus card recharge, query and other functions. Users can also add the applet to the desktop to create a shortcut, which is convenient for daily use.

3. How to transfer the balance of old meal card to new campus card?

Users can find the function of "card change and transfer" in the "HIT campus card" applet. Click it and you can query the balance of "original meal card" that can be transferred into the new campus card after confirming that the balance has no objection. All the balance can be transferred out only at one time. After that, the "original meal card" account will be frozen.

4. Where to get campus cards for faculties and students? 

In the early days of the centenary celebrations, the Campus Card Center has issued the faculty cards, student cards and campus cards of non- staff who have certificate photos to all grass-roots units, which will be issued by them. Those who haven’t certificate photos can upload photos first and then go to the Campus Card Center for campus card making.

5. How to do if the face swiping device can't recognize or you want to change the campus card photos?

You can upload photos in the "certificate photos collection" service item of "HIT campus portal" or "HIT service number" on Wechat. After being approved, the photos will be synchronized and replaced automatically. Generally, the photos will take effect the next day.

6. Can I enter the campus with a campus card?

The campus card is only used as the identification of faculties and students in the campus. It does not mean that you can enter the campus. After applying for the campus card, you still need to apply for entrance. You can enter the campus with the campus card after the application is passed.

7. How to handle the change of campus card after faculties change their posts?

If the department information of faculties on the campus card is not accurate because of changing their posts, they can apply for card change for free. Facing some problems such as the cost of the campus card changing as well as the function as transportation card and the balance of the original card can not be transferred, the campus card change adopts the principle of "no need, no change" . The staff can replace the new card with the original campus card at the service window of the Campus Card Center.

8. How to reapply for the lost campus card?

1. If the staff card is lost, the faculties should go to the service window of the campus card service center with valid certificate to go through the card replacement procedures, and the balance of the original card will be transferred to the new card automatically.
2. The student card and temporary card users can apply for card replacement at the campus card self-service terminal with ID card. The cost of card replacement is automatically deducted from the card, and the balance is automatically transferred to the new card. For the campus card accounts opened with special certificates (passport and Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao etc.), the card can be replaced by inputting the certificate number at the campus card self-service terminal.
