Over the past five years, HIT has selected 45 teachers to support teaching for one year, which has greatly alleviated the problem of shortage of teachers in the junior and senior high school of Jinxiu. In the process of supporting education, the education support group has successively carried out "HIT class", "dream scheme", robot courses, etc., whichmake the children in Dayaoshan have a broader stage to pursue their dreams. Hard works paid off. The undergraduate admission rate of Jinxiu County NationalHigh School has risen continuously since 2017, and the number of students whose scores are more than that of the first batch are the highest in 2020.

In November 2019, HIT signed the "education assistance cooperation agreement" with Luoning County, Luoyang City, Henan Province , which fully supports the improvement of Luoning County's education level through mutual visits between teachers and students, training and exchange, pairing and mutual assistance, popular science education, visit and study tour, lecture report, social practice, love aid and so on. In the 2020 college entrance examination, two students in Luoning County were admitted to our university; onestudentwas admitted by Tsinghua University, which achieved a breakthrough of zero; eightstudents were admitted by universities belonging to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (including the two students admitted to HIT) and there were 72 students with more than 600 scores in the college entrance examination, and the rate of the scores that are more than the first batch of undergraduate in the collage entrance examination increased by 21.6% compared with that in 2019.

Over the past five years, HIT has taken industrial assistance as an important starting point and focus point of helping Jinxiu County, as well as an important content of industrial poverty alleviation. A number of village level industrial projects has been constructed or supported to construct in Jinxiu by using the poverty alleviation funds supported by HIT to promote the diversification of village level industry and avoid the problems of serious homogenization of single citrus shatangju planting and weak anti risk ability. In recent years, Sanyou village has made great efforts to develop citrus shatangju industry relying on its resource advantages and take various measures to increase the income of poor people, getting good effect.

Since 2016, HIT has held more than 20 special meetings on poverty alleviation, 22 leaders of HIT went to Jinxiu County to carry out poverty alleviation research work, and nearly 800 people were selected to carry out field work in Jinxiu County. In addition, the direct investment was 15.74 million yuan, the introduction of assistance funds was 16.27 million yuan, and more than 6700 person of Party and government cadres, technical personnel, and leaders for being rich were trained.Besides, agricultural products were purchased in total 2.0595 million yuan and 6.148 million yuan for agricultural products sell. In April 2019, the people's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region approved that Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County should be lifted from poverty.
