More than 700 outstanding young students from 30 well-known universities in the association took part in the launching ceremony of the 2020 ASRTUOnline School. Apart from them, Sergei Korshunov, Russian Chief Executive Officer ofASRTU and Vice President of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, and Fan Feng, Chinese Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ASRTUand Assistant President of HIT, as well as Shuai Yong, Assistant President of HITalso attended the inauguration ceremony.
The year from 2020 to 2021 is Sino-Russian ExchangeYear of Scientific and Technological Innovation, which is in face of comprehensive change of educational philosophy, educational platform, teaching methods and teaching relations in the post-epidemic era.ASRTU launched 2020 Online Schoolaiming to make full use of Internet technology to break through the physical boundaries and realize the sharing of high-quality educational resources between universities within the association.
2020 ASRTU Online School is sponsored by the Association of Sino-Russian Technological Universities and jointly organized by HIT and Bauman Moscow State Technical University. During this five-day activity, Chinese and Russian experts will bring 20 wonderful keynote lectures on energy and construction to the teachers and students on the themes of Green Energy and Sustainable Development and A Smart Human Settlement Environment.
Officials from HIT’s School of Energy Science and Engineering, School of Architecture, and International Office attended the ceremony.
