Recently, the 2019 "National Science and Technology Business Incubator" evaluation results were officially announced. The National University Science and Technology Park (hereinafter referred to as "the Park") of HIT was awarded as "Excellent" (Class A), which is the only national science and technology business incubator awarded as "Excellent" (Class A) in Heilongjiang Province.
Founded in 1999, the Park of HIIT is one of the first national university science and technology parks established by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education. It plays an important role in promoting the integration of innovative resources, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, incubation of scientific and technological enterprises, cultivation of innovative talents, and open and collaborative development of our university. In 2012, it became one of the 17 A-class national University science and technology parks in China. The Park has been approved as "National High-tech Entrepreneurship Service Center" (National Science and Technology Business Incubator), "Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Practice Base for College students", "National Small and Micro Enterprises Demonstration Base for Entrepreneurship and Innovation" and " Excellent Demonstration Institution for Technology Transfer in Heilongjiang Province".
The park adopts the model of "investment + incubation" achievements to promote the combination of science and technology and culture, and the combination of knowledge and capital, technology innovation and the combination of technical services.At the same time, with the active distribution of new national strategic industries, the park upgrade the transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements into a new mode of "universities + central enterprise" to promote the rapid industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. The park makes equity investment by the valuation of intangible assets, and the invested enterprises enter the park for incubation at the same time.The park promotes the rapid growth of enterprises through comprehensive incubation services. From 2016 to 2020, the Park invested a total of 30 patents to establish 13 science and technology companies, with a total investment of 10,0391,400 yuan. In recent years, a number of enterprises such as HIT Zhengyuan and HIT Leixin have been established to realize the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and support the '"Double First-Class" construction in HIT.
