Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) held a special job fair for alumni enterprises on Sept 26, attracting 40 alumni companies covering fields such as intelligent manufacturing.
Students engaged with company representatives on-site to learn about employment information. Wang Yuanzhi, a graduate student from the School of Aerospace, hopes to find a position aligned with his major to contribute to technological innovation. Yang Xueying, a graduate student from the School of Chemical Engineering, gained a better understanding of market demands and industry development, hoping to realize her personal value.
Chu Xiangcheng, chairman of Beijing Paihe Science and Technology Co, expressed his expectation for more students from HIT to join and drive technological breakthroughs.
Li Wei, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Energy Science and Engineering, engaged in-depth with alumni companies about employment needs. He stated that HIT had communicated the needs of enterprises in advance, inviting alumni company leaders to serve as mentors and building a more efficient information exchange platform.
After the fair, several alumni companies continued conducting discussions and recruitment presentations at HIT.
