The Youth of Excellence Scheme of China (YES China) Program, under the auspices of the Chinese Government Scholarship, is an initiative by the Ministry of Education of the Peoples Republic of China.

The Harbin Institute of Technology International Students Scholarship (HIT Scholarship) was established to sponsor outstanding international students to pursue their studies at HIT.

To deepen the academic friendship and mutual understanding between Chinese and international youth, and to build a platform for international exchange and cooperation among young talent, the China Scholarship Council (CSC) has established the China Link Scholarship Program for international students and faculty members hoping to engage in academic and research activities in China.
