The Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) recently hosted a classical lantern-making workshop, providing students with an immersive, hands-on experience of this intangible cultural heritage. Under expert guidance, participants constructed delicate bamboo frames and decorated them with floral paper.
This unique activity served as a valuable opportunity, offering participants a firsthand appreciation for the craft and bridging the gap between academic life and the preservation of China's rich traditional legacy.
