Shuai said that HIT and Saudi universities have a solid foundation for cooperation in scientific research, talent cultivation, and cultural and people-to-people exchanges, and have achieved fruitful results.

He expressed the hope that both sides would take this visit as an opportunity to explore new paths for talent cultivation, build a collaborative innovation platform for China-Saudi Arabia higher education, and jointly advance educational and technological cooperation between the two countries to a higher level.

Albalawi said HIT has a profound educational heritage and distinctive disciplinary strengths, and that its development direction is aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

He hoped both sides would, through mutual visits of faculty and students, academic exchanges, and other forms of cooperation, complement each other's strengths and achieve coordinated development, jointly creating a new model for China-Saudi Arabia higher education cooperation.
